MedInformatix to Host Annual Client Summit in Denver

Los Angeles, CA – (September 9, 2016) Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) innovator MedInformatix is preparing to host MI Summit 2016, the company’s annual user group meeting, September 12-15, in Denver.

The summit brings MedInformatix clients and technology partners together with senior staff to participate in workshops, training and brainstorming sessions on evolving PM and EHR trends and issues. Sessions will address areas including workflow efficiency, interoperability, scheduling, impending federal regulations and revenue cycle management. Also included will be a session where clients can learn strategies to optimize their practice’s EHR and RIS system and workflow.

“The MI Summit has become an integral part of how we conduct business and service our customers,” said Pat McGonigle, President of MedInformatix. “It provides a casual and highly collegial setting for our clients to engage with one another and share best practices, as well as one-on-one with MedInformatix product development and technology teams to discuss their specific EHR and RIS needs. This type of collaboration is especially important in today’s competitive and ever changing healthcare marketplace.”

McGongile says one of the highlights of the summit will be a joint meeting of the Ambulatory and Radiology Chapters of the MedInformatix Client Advisory Board. Attendees will also take part in a corporate social responsibility initiative to benefit elementary schools in the Denver area.
