MedInformatix Customers Achieve Ownership Status with Strategic Radiology
RIS innovator MedInformatix is pleased to congratulate two of its longtime customers for achieving ownership in Strategic Radiology, the coalition of independent, private radiology practices in the United States representing more than 1,100 radiologists.
Casper Medical Imaging (CMI) is the largest full-service independent radiology group in Wyoming. In partnership with Wyoming Medical Center, CMI also manages a joint venture outpatient imaging center, Outpatient Radiology, which provides a wide range of imaging services including full-service women's imaging, vein services and a unique micro-invasive MSK clinic with a clientele that includes elite athletes from all over the globe. CMI has operated on the MedInformatix RIS platform since 2012.
Naugatuck Valley Radiological Associates (NVRA) is the first and only accredited Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence in the State of Connecticut. The practice provides a comprehensive array of diagnostic and interventional radiology services at four outpatient imaging centers and two hospitals in the Western part of the state. NVRA has been a MedInformatix customer since 2007.
Strategic Radiology is comprised of some of the most technologically advanced radiology practices in the country. The coalition’s 27 member groups leverage their collective expertise to achieve higher quality patient care and more cost-efficient delivery of medical imaging through an integrated approach of shared data and best practices, interchanging clinical expertise and consolidating certain practice expenses.
